I watched Detour alone. Before settling on this movie for this evening, I browsed Amazon's genres of Bleak, Action/Adventure, Dystopian and then found this in the Survival section. Obviously I was in the mood for something less than shiny. If you liked Jodie Foster in Panic Room, you might enjoy this too, although the cast is even smaller.
